You have a responsibility to recognize your own mind monsters and completely deal with them before you can start diagnosing them in others. ![]() Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? Rushing I threw my golf clubs in the car and was heading out toward the highway when my cell phone rang. I had a special event to attend that night, so I had to leave after nine holes. Every time it was someone’s turn to play the ball, the other three guys would warn, “Don’t mess up! One member of a team would play the yellow ball on each hole, from the moment he teed off until he putted the ball into the cup.
